The goal of Global Food Forums Magazines is to provide unbiased, practical information for developers of foods, beverages, and dietary supplements. Crucial information on critical external factors that impact ingredient choices for new and reformulated products includes regulations, consumer and product trends, and advances in nutritional science.

At the core of Global Food Forums’ conferences and webinars are technical sessions on selecting food ingredients to maximize their benefits within a food matrix.

History of Global Food Forums Magazines

Founded in 2012, Global Food Forums swiftly identified the topics of “clean label” and “protein ingredients” as growing trends in the consumer packaged food industry. It immediately put its belief that these would be long-term interests to practical use. Its first two in-person events – the Protein Trends & Technologies Seminar and the Clean Label Conference – were held in 2013.

Despite the company founders having had decades of experience publishing magazines and producing in-person events, they underestimated how appealing these programs would be…one sold out six weeks in advance! What came next was “a natural.” Summarizes of the very well-received presentations were turned into online articles and magazines.
