Steve Hertzler spoke at the 2019 Protein Trends & Technologies Seminar – Pre-conference: Business Strategies on “New News on Protein: How Much is Too Much…and Not Enough?”

Steve Hertzler is a registered dietitian and received his PhD in Human Nutrition from the University of Minnesota. He has 10+ years of teaching and research experience, with most of that coming at The Ohio State University. He is an author on over 20 peer-reviewed scientific articles and book chapters. For the past 12 years, he has served at Abbott Nutrition in several roles. He was previously a Sr. Research Scientist and the Chief Scientific Officer for EAS Sports Nutrition and is now a Senior Scientist for Clinical Research in Global Science and Medical Affairs. He currently provides nutrition science support for the Ensure brands in the U.S.
